-4	Why isn’t society empathetic to men who struggle? I’m new to this sub, but isn’t it? If society expects more from men, in return men have more power socially (patriarchy?), and the men that dont thrive are less respected and aren’t seen as “real” men. Looking at it from a gender equality perspective and not womens mens rights, both men and women have lots to gain from the mellowing of gender norms, for society to not be patriarchal.
