He’s definitely interested but I’m sure he’s trying to be careful about how he approaches things with you since there’s a lot of liability for him to hit on a coworker. He’s worried you might think he’s being creepy in the workplace or “pressuring” you or any of those things especially if you’re not overtly showing you are attracted back. A clean shaven bald head looks a million times better than a patchy head of hair. That crown of hair men try to hold onto just ages you.
