1	(VENT/ADVICE) Was delayed gratification worth it? Or did I sell out control/freedom? Can relate to your story. I wasn't in banking or med school but did do top tier strategy consulting. Was treating it as an investment in myself and my skills, but in the end I found I just wasn't enjoying that life and it was impacting my mental health. Being on the grind is fine, but remember that your life will always be in the here and now and if you do not enjoy the path you travel on then you maybe should reconsider the route.
