Beauty is subjective there making the term mutilation a little subject by definition. Quoting the classic Greek idea of beauty doesn't pertain to 21st American idea of beauty. Some people like obese women, some people don't. It's subjective, end of story. I saw an episode of brain games depicting the differences between men and women. I then did a little searching and found that men and women are wire different in many ways.
