Your kids need you in their life. Your lucky she left when she did. Good things ahead. For you, for all of us.

Would love to know more info on how you both worked together, I assume, to stay near the kids school.

So sorry you are going thought this. I feel for you. She took them from their primary residence. That’s a bad on her part unless there is something that you did wrong like DV. But from the little I know, if she upped and left with the kids and there was no conversation and she is not letting you see the kids she is in the wrong.

If doing 50/50 does primarily custody go to the person getting alimony? We have always been doing 50/50 past year.

I never would have thought that for a year apart the spouse who left would want to move/get back. I appreciate you sharing this. How often does this happen? I would love to hear from others.

Doesn’t divorce need to be done when kids, cars, assets and a home have to be spilt up in a more permanent/clear way? Asking cause I don’t know:

I just found out this weekend that it is a mantra of some women who leave their husbands and are now only responsible for their children half the time. I didn’t realize it was a thing.

Wife blindsided and moved out 5 months ago. I’m in the house 50/50 w/kids. She doesn’t want me to see her new Apt. Going to file at some point.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
