3	A non-PUA's thoughts our community. Manipulation connotates disingenuousness. Technically, in a general sense, it's manipulation, because you are manipulating social cues to the effect that you want. But it's better to say, it's more about effective communication than lying, insincerity, and twisting perspectives. This is what some people, critics and adopters alike, genuinely take away from a book like "How to Win Friends & Influence People?".
