Wouldn't suggest it. Microdosing is whatever, I'm not a doctor, but lithium scares the shit out of me in changing brain chemistry. And it's such a small ion it'll go through pretty much any barrier in your body. Meaning it interacts with essentially everything.

Biochemistry degree here, if I'm just stating the obvious I apologize. Lithium(or lithium compounds) can be extremely serious drugs. You should NOT take anything with lithium without talking to a doctor in depth about it first. Lithium can have permanent effects on the brain, that likely will not perfectly align with your desired state. Talk to a doctor first, or at the very least, try a more well tested and less dangerous nootropic first.

Semi-tangential, but get an HPV shot too. Around half of guys will get it and the symptoms can vary from mental issues to cancer. You are lucky in a way since most people in our age group have likely been exposed to at least one variety even if they didn't catch it and got can get immunity before sleeping around. Have fun either way, if you look like you're having fun, people will almost always follow.
