Classic redditor making assumptions. I'm not fucking testing anyone. Sometimes I've needed help with something. My female friends have always been unavailable or unable to do it when i called. But these same women will call one of their guy friends to help move something, fix something in their house, assemble something, etc. Really hate people like you on this site with your jumping to imaginary scenarios based off one comment.

He didnt mention sex. Female friends literally won't help with a favor, but they'll gladly ask for favors from their male friends. I've experienced it myself.
