Correct me if I'm wrong, but given Palestine's very young population, this statistic essentially just means they're killing indiscriminately. If around 47-48% of the population is young enough to be "children", this 70% figure just means they're not knocking on doors and taking a census of the people living in a building before they bomb it. I understand some people's point that this stat is supposed to highlight the high number of "non-combatant" deaths, but it's still misleading in that regard…
