I'm not sure about that. The article is one sided, only the man's side, and he doesn't say whether he was in a disabled seat. He says she looked around the bus for a seat, couldn't find one, and he was the closest person to her and she asked him. I'd rather not make assumptions about the circumstances.

Eh I mean bus being full isn't really an argument. "Sorry I'm late boss there were 10 full busses in a row" isn't going to fly. But this one person isn't the sole blame holder. Everyone sitting who could have just as well stood up are equally to blame.

That's not exactly a fair definition of the problem. Let's flip this on it's head. Would you say that it's female privilege that men bully each other over penis sizes? Hmm, careful here. This is not what the study said. The main points are: women take more time with FMLA, women prefer not to work holidays, and when faced with a last minute decision for overtime, they refuse it more often than men. It sounds like a good study and it suggests some interesting ways to cater to both, the priorities of working men and the priorities of working women such that they make equal pay.
