They are completely different situations. One is a punitive penalty for a massive corporation, the other is a criminal penalty against a specific person. One is money, the other a period of confinement and loss of rights. They are not comparable.

What does a civil suit about employment discrimination have to do with criminal false rape accusations?

Gotta be rich and white for that to work.

That's probably true, but the persistent belief in the medical field that women feel pain less has been proven false.

Blood and feces smeared on walls, pee everywhere from hover-pissing, wads of tp on the floor. Tampons are only an issue if the trashcans aren't emptied, which happens 3x a day in women's compared to men's 1x. Men's might have a bit of pee around the urninal, a few bits of paper on the ground. Never once smeared blood or feces. All this at an exclusive, expensive golf clubhouse.

Getting it in front of other people's eyes before anything else happens is significant though. Texts can be faked, but if you've already reported it and then she comes in with a different story it's pretty clear what is going on.

And the jury took 27 minutes to find him not guilty, after he was held for two months because he refused to plead guilty to a crime he didnt commit. He didn't contact the judge, he posted on his own personal Facebook page that he was trying to dig up the secrets that the court was hiding. Don't fall for the common tactic of blaming someone for a crime they have been charged with before they have had their chance in front of a jury.

After two months behind bars, Jonathan Vanderhagen will leave the Macomb County Jail a free man after a jury quickly found him not guilty Thursday of a misdemeanor filed after criticism he made on Facebook about a county judge and the court system. The jury took 27 minutes to find him not guilty, after the prosecution took days to try and get the guy in trouble.

No, what the judge did was illegal. But since she's part of the system, she didn't face any punishment.

I've seen conflicting information from different news sources, but they all agree that she is on disability and some of them say she also lives in a luxury condo and drives an expensive car. Sounds like she may be manipulating the system. Hopefully this poor guy will be able to get some money out of her but I admit I'm pretty jaded about good outcomes like that.

She is on disability and on paper is too poor for him to garnish any income.

She is on disability and never faced any criminal charges. He will never see a dime, her life won't change. Her pussy pass worked just fine.

30 days each, but they are out on bail appealing. They will only serve two weeks because of crowding if they behave in jail. http://www.pressdemocrat.com/news/6106236-181/judge-jails-petaluma-mother-and?artslide=6

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
