If you manage to break someone's arm while handcuffing them, chances are you don't know what you're doing. However if she's resisting a lot, you could dislocate her shoulder, but if she resists to the point where you point her arm, then it's on her. You're talking about a different situation here. Not all. Genetics has a lot to do with it. Some women can have a much bigger frame than average so they naturally put on more mass and they can even be closer to 200lb with a healthy bodyfat percentage (even though pretty rare). But still, even if it is unhealthy for most women to be 200lb, does it matter?
