Divorce settlements would actually be far less than if women sell reproductive service honestly. The idea is that rich smart men knows about divorce and avoid marriage. But if women sell sex honestly, richer men will pay for it. And that is the real reason why government hate transactional sex.

Don't forget that complaining about women wage gap is like complaining about billionaires' wage gap. Billionaires, like Mark Zuckerberg only got $1 wage per year. Billionaires, just like women, don't get paid by wage. Women that pick a rich man will live an opulent life like that man and her children will be as rich as the man's children. So wage is not that important for women anyway. Of course, wage gap itself isn't real.

Actually women cheating is more dangerous because it can lead to paternity fraud. Men cheating are just polygamy and if the men tell in front he got other women, then there is no cheating. I think all sex should be explicitly transactional so people can decide for themselves whether they want to tolerate their mates having others or not in front. That'll avoid so many problems.

Hypergamy is real. When the market decides all kids will either be rich, smart, handsome or all 3 because their mom simply choose a rich guy as father. The rich guys usually want many women. That being said most women are ugly anyway and those ugly women make it difficult for rich men to just pay women to reproduce.

I like libertarian feminism. I think women themselves should be free to sell sex and sign binding contracts. Why not just let the market decide. If having children hurt a woman's career, then either don't have children, which I don't recommend if she's hot, or just pick a rich guy that makes money and strike a business deal. Of course governments would go the extra mile arranging that the sensible choice, pick or share someone rich, and have rich smart children, is complex.

Yes, financial support is not the same with payment, but that is something women consider and do get. Things of part of benefit package of being Bill Gate's wife. I have heard a married guy get shot while asleep by his wife. Women avoid jail sentence too. It's as if society want women to be extremely toxic so only risk takers are willing to get them.
