1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap There's multiple sups so what I did tries to even out with other sups. 2 sups and 2 employees. 1 sup puts the female employee on only light trucks (0% heavy) the other sup puts the female on heavy trucks (100% heavy) That means across both sups the female is on heavy trucks 50% of the time, the same as the male employee.
