Using the system described, Mods could actually deal with real reportable offenses. This allows for a case-by-case handling basis while reducing case number and increasing efficiency. Another thing is having the report threshold be a formula based on the variable x, the number of users. For example, on a sub with 100 users that were active in the past hour, 20 total report points is required for a mod to investigate.

Well tbh it's hard to balance censorship with harassment. If all of these cases were handled case by case, it would take 24/7 to actually do it. Efforts to restrict abortion are in no way anti-women, they are anti-murder. While no studies have proven how much pain fetuses experience pre-birth, and conscious thinking, (and no studies that have proven otherwise), conservatives aren't ratting on women. They are ratting on murder. Every anti-abortion friend I know says that they are all for it to prevent what they call murder, not try to control women and make them submissive to the patriarchy.

I don't tell her boyfriend, but I can see how she manipulates him by being a damsel in distress. Forbes has a GREAT article dissecting the gender pay gap. Look at the average numbers of hours worked per week by gender, the percentage of females that go to a job (find the average pay of that job, too) vs the percentage of males that go to find that same job.

There are still fair companies out there. There was this video on youtube, I checked right now and couldn't find it, but ill summarize: Feminist is at a company's Q&A Sesh, and she asked what the owner will do to address gender disparity. Owner answers with (paraphrase) "We will continue our standard practices of hiring by merit, not by gender." It really gives me hope that this world can be equal.
