I must ask... were the responses to this comment at least sane?

And try to imagine, for a moment, how fast she would fold if she were faced with any real adversity.

Shit, even below average women think this. Even WAY below average women think this. You don’t have to look far to see a 300 pound beast calling herself a “queen”. And she’s not pretending to think so - she really thinks she deserves Brad Pitt.

Wishful thinking on OP’s part - all women think of 95% of men as “unworthy” and, in their minds, have “settled” for somebody who’s lucky to have them.

And remember - they’re looking for someone to “measure up”. Not just someone who’s willing to look past their flaws, but a man who can get any woman he wants.

The thing is that they’ve all been raised to believe that they’re good enough for a millionaire (I.e. the 2% of men who can afford to be very picky).

Yeah they don’t point to the post that violated the rules because it doesn’t exist. They’re just readying another banwave. Oh well fuck Reddit admin pussies.

Well I don’t totally disagree with the “science” in computer science being scare-quoted, but if the T in STEM is technology then it belongs there, science or not. Still, there are WAY more women in computer “science” than feminists claim; they’re just all Asian women on H1B visas, and usually not screeching, caterwauling, man-hating blue-haired feminists so they don’t “count”.

Yeah I don’t really get the hate, as comic book movies go it was about what I expected. There’s way worse out there.

Honestly, I only remember the one guy (it was the same guy twice): Gal Gadot beats him up for speaking to Kristen Wiig and then later Kristen wiig beats him up again for speaking to her again. Otherwise the only guys that were featured in the movie were Chris Pine and Pedro Pascal and neither one was caricatured: I mean, Pedro Pascal as a greedy dude was a little over the top but nothing offensive.

I did watch it, I didn’t think it was as bad as OP is making it out to be. There is an obligatory dipshit scene where the bad guy girl gets super powers and immediately uses it to beat up on an old (white of course) man who tried to hit on her earlier in the movie. I honestly can’t think of any other places I really rolled my eyes while watching it, though. It’s really comic-book-y, but honestly after the Suicide Squad, Justice League and Aquaman abominations I’d rather they go with silly mystic…

They actually go out of their way to find ways to ADD stress to your existence. They’ll just keep piling on until you break, shrug their shoulders and move on to the next victim.

To hear them talk, they don’t fuck who they want, either. They’re all fighting over the 5% of guys who meet “their standards”. The hottest chicks might bang the few lucky guys who are genetically perfect, but the bottom 50% just pine after their attention and never get it and have to “settle” for those of us in the bottom 95% of men.

People with no principles say whatever they have to say to get what they want (in his case, sex). In his mind, it costs nothing to parrot back what he knows she wants to hear to get a handy later that night.

Meh, of all the many many downsides of married life, spending time with your kids (at any age) isn’t one of them. Being a dad is the ONLY redeeming part of marriage. Now if this was a picture of a guy watching “The Handmaid’s Tale” or “The Bachelorette” and then not having sex then you’d have captured before/after marriage.

But surely, if a man said those things about women, and then was called on it, and said, “nah I was just joking” like she did... he’d be immediately forgiven and placed in a position of authority at a completely unbiased newspaper, right?

Well, I’m not sure it was sarcasm, it’s actually true - if you’re a man right now in the 21st century, you’re born fucked. More sardonic, really.

Just to be clear - he lost his job because he was unable to work due to the wounds he sustained, not specifically because he shielded his kids from gunshots. Still bullshit, but different bullshit than you might have been thinking from the headline.

And, somehow, I’m responsible for all of it. And I have to give up more and more freedom to make up for it. And no matter what I give up - willingly or not - it will never be enough.

And dig a little deeper into this: consistently, every guy that they self-report as being “good in bed” is also “an asshole”. So, what makes a guy “good in bed”? Attentiveness to her physical needs? Putting her pleasure before his own? Being considerate and respecting her boundaries? Getting explicit verbal consent for each escalation of physical intimacy? Although if somebody did characterize all that shit all the time as “acting like an asshole”, I sincerely doubt that that’s the kind of assho…

Bella Thorne killed that site anyway. Apparently she charged $200 for a photo shoot that wasn’t actually nude (but she implied that it would be), made a couple million dollars before the guys caught on, and bailed when everybody who got ripped off started demanding refunds. Now they’re capping what the women can charge (so they don’t have to refund a couple million dollars again) and it’s not enough for them to live on. Bwahahahaha

This wouldn’t be logical even if it were true, but it isn’t even true: all of the power and privilege in society is women’s, it’s just that some men manage to squeeze out a decent living around women’s demands.

This always makes me think of the scene in coming to America where Eddie Murphy meets the girl that’s been groomed to be his wife: “What kind of food do you like?” “Whatever kind of food you like”.

No, not exactly - porn in general was illegal due to various “obscenity” laws, but people were challenging those successfully right and left. The Supreme Court stepped in and drew a line in the sand on child pornography in, I think 1984. Before that, it was sort of available, but if prosecuted, it was prosecuted the same way as adult porn.

So... you’re saying you hate all men until they work to give you a reason not to hate them? The exact same way racists feel about people of different races you mean?
/r/MensRights21/08/20 02:21 PM

Uh, the guys in the bottom picture are actually the ones who made child pornography illegal in the 80’s.

Women also insist that women are naked in movies more often than men are. That’s only true if you compare a topless female to a fully-nude male: topless men are so common, they appear in chewing gum ads. I’d be surprised if male full-frontal nudity weren’t actually more common than female as well.
/r/MensRights19/08/20 07:15 PM

And this is after, what, 50 years of massive preferential treatment for females? It’s still not enough? Two generations of beating down men for an imaginary goal and men need to be beaten down even more?
