Never. I learned my lesson when I brought up PUA. As much as a man might want to learn, he has to come to the red pill himself. In addition, outing myself in my social environment is not worth the risk.

I had a similar reaction, but I don't give weight to ratings anymore because "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." What is an HB7/8 to me is a 5 to someone else, and a 5 to me is an HB9 to another. It's easier just to mentally translate the ratings he gives as saying "This girl is pretty attractive to me." or "This other girls is less attractive, but I'd still smash."

Oh fuck. "I'm so comfortable with you, you're my best friend, I can tell you anything, that's why I love you." I can't place my tongue on it right now, but the way you phrase it hits home.

God. The pain I feel for this man is immense. These are the reminders I need to realize that I need to work on myself, no matter how much women try to tame me. I never want to be the Beta Joe who has his women manipulate him into a MMF because she's not sexually attracted to him.

Corollary: Success is loved by the successful. Like OP, I had to let go of many "friends", grind, face shit testing by other men, and face loneliness. Now, I have three friends who are unafraid to call me out on my bullshit ways, encourage me to take risks, and help me analyze my interactions to learn from them. OP. Act in accord with your values. Hold your ground when others try to shame you. When you act in accord with your values, you will begin to gravitate toward like-minded people. It's ab…

Being truthful and being racist/sexist/etc are not mutually exclusive. This isn't a black and white argument. We believe that women prone to cheating under the right circumstances and that we shouldn't trust them to be rational. That's a sexist belief. Does that mean it's false? No. In a situation where your woman cheats on you. It's not the case that she was wrong to cheat on you OR that you shouldn't have blindly trusted her OR that you shouldn't have kept all of your eggs in one basket, it's …

Depends on your definition of good body. If you're thinking Brad Pitt from fight club, definitely not. If you're thinking "natty" body-builder... I wouldn't be surprised it took him 7-8 years. Scott Herman is supposedly natty, and he's been lifting 15+ years. https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/462553568751276032/cZl1Oowz_400x400.jpeg

What has helped you overcome the problem of taking yourself too seriously?

If a racist is someone "who believes that a particular race is superior to another," he has a point. She was being racist. However, it's important not to be sensitive when chicks low-key diss you. That was a shit-test on her part. Up-voted you for that part of your message.

My god, this is savage. Do you have any field reports of you doing this?

In your case, you've already got problems with her: She's your co-worker and if she's already saying you're an ass when you haven't done anything, she's bound to fuck your shit up if you get involved with her. Don't shit where you eat. Stay away.

It's definitely normal to feel jealous. Part of your response to her past is like you said, you lack experience. You lack abundance. You're mentally comparing yourself to her exes, possibly wondering "is she still thinking of this other guy?" or "did she think he was more attractive/larger/a better fuck?" The problem is not her past, it's that you have a mindset of scarcity. Implicit in your jealousy is the lack of confidence that you could get another girl if she left you, the lack of confidenc…

"Pissing in the center of toiletwater, not on the side to make it quet". This has nothing to do with being manly. It's courteous to not make a mess of the toilet, not "alpha."

Thank you. I look forward to your posts. I had been on the fence about whether I should let my close friends in on the fact that I read the red pill, but I'm going to hold back on that.

How do you create Red Pill spaces for men while going under the radar in a hostile feminist institution? In particular, how do you identify whether other men are trustworthy enough to divulge that you are a part of the manosphere?

Let's assume that this isn't an imaginary story and this is your friend (otherwise it wouldn't be credible). If so, it's fucked up that you would post his pictures and share his FB with strangers. There's going to be people that are going to not believe you, but you shouldn't throw someone else under the bus to get credibility.

You have a point: you need to understand the reason why these responses work, as opposed to mindlessly repeating them. However, in order to get to that point, you have to practice and it helps to practice with field-tested lines. If you've ever taken a math class (and learned the concept well), then you've started out with (1) using worked out solutions/examples, (2) repeatedly applying the method for finding the solution to a problem, and then ended with (3) forming your own understanding of wh…

Your idea of saying "they're probably getting fucked" is similar to the idea of negative visualization. Expect and visualize the worst, so that if it happens, its power to affect you is weakened.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
