Are u sure dealing w/ rejection isn't bad if you're doing both, even if someone has a BPD mental breakdown after getting rejected even once, which means thinking about unaliving themselves? Whenever someone talks to me i have no idea what they are saying and hope they don't tell me to repeat what they say. I cannot pay attention to what they say even if I try. Ruined my surgery day bc i thought the doctor said "drink lots of water", not "DON'T drink water". Also, i can only focus on ONE aspect of the convo at once.
