1	Found this post and thought it belonged here Yes women earn 80% of what men make OVERALL But at a job by job basis men and women get paid the same for the same work that is why the wage gap is fake. A truck driver makes more than a CNA (high % male job vs high % female job) that is where the earning gap comes from. Some states count verbal contracts as legally binding some do not, some judges will literally see some cases with super petty claims and think "this isn't worth my time" and dismiss it as soon as it comes up.
