Agreed with this. If you're a gamer and people don't like you, it's not because you're a gamer.

Hot sauce doesn't really burn when you touch it, though.

You did nothing wrong and it's not your fault.

Well you said "Take a look at its actions as an outisder and you may see why for one" That's... kinda what I'm doing in this thread.

Not lecturing or blaming you for any of these tactics or anything else. I'm just an opinionated ass who thought, since you're wanting to see things from the other side of the fence, I would say what grinds my gears. No offense taken, you're just giving me what I asked for.

Take a look at its actions as an outsider and you may see why for one So far so good!

Well, I used to. But the reality is, by letting everyone know what kinds of discrimination men face, you're not trying to make anyone feel guilty. You just want to bring awareness that discrimination against men exists. Removing myself from the equation makes learning about this a lot easier.

It's a little bit like being a white American kid learning about slavery or the Native American genocide. You can't help but feel a little responsible for the mistreatment, even though you personally never owned any slaves or killed anyone.

The fuck is wrong with you?... It's more of a "was" than an "is", and I'm making it a lot more colorful than the reality. But like I said, it's hard to look at all the ways the other gender is discriminated against without taking it personally.

I'm not sure where you're getting your sources from, but as far as I'm concerned, yeah. Anyone who isn't a feminist isn't a feminist.

I notice you're getting downvoted. Yeah, relating yourself to a group which openly admits to hating men will do that, especially in this sub. I didn't come here to get upvoted, I came here to get a different point of view. Thanks for the heads up, though.

But not a single feminists group thinks those things are an important problem at all, and in fact feminists fight against acknowledgement of those issues, and even make up entirely bogus statistics to attempt to show the opposite. Wow, that's awful. I don't know what it's like to be a man, but you'd have to be an idiot to think it doesn't have its disadvantages. My best guess as to why feminists don't acknowledge this is because it's hard to look at stuff your own gender can get away with withou…

Believe it or not, I'd agree with that assertion. Not trying to use the No-True-Scotsman fallacy here, but if the people on Jezebel.com don't do anything feminism stands for, can you really call them feminists? Sure they label themselves as feminists, but that doesn't mean anything. I can tell everyone I'm a grizzly bear if I wanted to. It doesn't make it true.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
