I talk to family less than I used to. When any females in my family try and be manipulative or deceptive I call them out on it, instead of ignoring it. I'm also more willing to argue and debate anything that I have an opinion on. I haven't lost a debate yet, so they gave up trying to argue with me.

For me, I had to buy new clothes. I'm very athletic and usually wear tapered athletic fit clothing, and I get hit on all the time. When I wear baggy clothing that doesn't fit well I never get hit on. I also pretend to make a lot less money than I do instead of being prideful of my success.

The only thing that has ever had any effect on my [30/M] libido was diet and exercise. Eat a low sugar/carb diet Eat lots of; veggies, healthy fats, and protein. Running seems to be the best for my libido, but strength training seems to be better for other guys. Porn has never had any negative effect in my 21 years of jerking it. I still average 2 orgasms a day.

Pump and dump is the easiest, never use you real name, use phone apps such as 'Burner' to create temp phone number, and never let them know where you live/shop/workout, etc... Relationship? Tougher. Especially if you live together, to answer that we need to know more specifics. Toxic female family members. I am just a complete asshole so they want nothing to do with me. Ignore phone calls, eventually they give up.
