The worst is for a lot of professional licenses, you can't have back child support to renew your license. So, for example, if I were paying child support and lost my job as an attorney making an attorney wage and could no longer pay the exorbitant amount of child support calculated on my attorney wage, I would lose my license and all ability to earn that wage anymore.

The clock usually "starts ticking" when the victim realizes they were injured. Considering memory loss isn't really ever associated with LSD, the victim's attorney is going to have to get an expert witness to persuade the jury that LSD does cause memory loss. Of course these are all state laws a vary widely. There is also a difference in the SOL for criminal vs. civil claims. Most self-defense statutes are written so that a victim can defend with equal and proportionate force. If the woman was hitting with full force, a male hitting at full force would likely be viewed as exceeding the amount needed to defend; that's a question for the jury and size differences between the two come into question as well.

it would be left for the jury to decide but I think if the video was obtained a reasonable juror would see the presence of five girls who were all inciting violence against him and say that it was proportional based up the presence of the other girls. It's a "totality of the circumstances" and a "reasonable person in defendant's shoes" standard in most jurisdictions.

In my mind, (the original intent of) the feminist movement was all about creating the opportunity for women to work if they wanted. Some women want to work, great. Others want to be moms and work (for no wage) at home, great too. It's the rules of attraction man. Both men and women want what they can't have. In my opinion, and I'll admit it's an opinion, that's nature and you can't change nature, what feminism and mens rights movements are trying to do is combat the sociological disparities between the races; i.e. those disparities that society has created. edit: damn that's one hell of a runon but I think it makes sense.

For #3, it's as simple as realizing humans are more likely to take care of things (and therefore need to file fewer insurance claims) that they pay more for. If someone is in the position to throw $100k at a car that everyone knows will immediately lose a large portion of its value, you imagine that person will take care of the vehicle.

I think it's important to note that people with "helicopter" and "lawnmower" parents are entering the work force. They're used to someone either always being there to assist/tell them what to do or someone "mowing" down obstacles that appear. They aren't used to getting things done for themselves. It's really, really sad.

There are different rules in different states. I KNOW an attorney cannot take a criminal case and probably not defend you in a civil case in which the victim alleges sex-based claims, but I know attorneys can represent victims of tort claims such as defamation on a contingency. Look up your local bar association and look for plaintiff's attorneys who do civil rights cases. If (I don't intend to accuse you of lying) you have given us the whole story, I almost guarantee someone will take your case…
