No human should ever get the death penalty. She deserves the death penalty.

What she did was a fellony....?? What if she chose to starve-diet her pets or promotes anti-vax narratives on social media. Would you pick her to watch your child or be your pediatrician? If she has a gambling addiction, would you choose to let her handle your finances? Are you going to want an alcoholic running your heavy equipment? Come on, put at least a second of thought into your responses before spouting them off.

What people do in thier private life is thier own business! Literally nobody thinks this. The government doesn't when it comes to your security clearance, businesses don't when it comes to hiring, and executives sure as hell don't.

I can't find anywhere that says the highschool student was a minor. I graduated as a 19 year old and wasn't a minor as a junior or senior. And there were kids who turned 18 as sophomores because they were held back a year.

I went to three private schools and two public schools growing up. My experience was that the public schools were better than the private ones. Better teachers, better kids.

But whattabout whattabout whattabout.... Honestly, I'd trade all of those things to keep the freedoms we have. They didn't come cheap and they won't be sold cheap.

if you have 50/50 custody, you don't pay anything Except in extremely unusual circumstances, that is incorrect. The party with lower income will receive compensation from the party with a higher income. Going 50/50 custody with 1 party unable to pay anything to support the child does not mean the child now has to have 100% time and living support with 50% of the money to do it. That cost burden goes to the party who can pay.

then why in the fuck doesn't that work the other way around? It does. You stated the other party was a deadbeat. If the deadbeat goes from 0 support with 0 custody to suddenly having, say 50% custody, then: * if both are deadbeats, there would be no support given * if he was not a deadbeat, then he has to pay to support the other party's new 50% custody. that's just math.

No, because if she gets partial custody, he gets little or nothing (just like before) at best, or has to pay money at worst (based on her income) AND he loses custody.
