Well it's a LTR of 18 months. Good point tho. No need to update the list if they're already on it. I used a lot of red pill theory to get her. Then became a total blue pill bitch. I'm too tired to give my full advice. But here's what I've been doing lately. Shit that makes you hard. Work out barefoot. Find bricks and stones and carry them shirtless for a few miles.
