I think I'm pointing to it right there, I'm afraid and thus not actually OI. Not sure what I'm afraid of though. It's not about losing HER really. Might be some kind of fear of the unknown, but I try to lean into the unknown nowdays. Maybe I'm just lazy and fear all the work and complications that a divorce would bring. Anyhow, it's not like I'm about to leave. Things are getting better and she work pretty well as a sparring partner.

Not quite "low bar", but lower than I used to. Shifts the point of gravity just slightly back and makes it easier to straighten my back on the way up, which oddly enough frees up my arms a bit. Has worked well with the whole elbow…

Yes. Planning and preparing has its place of course, but it tends to become its own form of procrastination. Doing is where it's at.

then we will have only fucked once in the month of January (yes, I track it and I know that’s lame) Good, you realize it's lame. Now stop tracking it. You don't need to keep score of how much sex you think she owes you (because that's what you are actually doing). As a matter of fact, she owes you nothing at all. I did the same thing for years before I got here. It was a relief to delete that scoreboard. An important step towards becoming less of an entitled, butthurt bitch.

The fact that you think this means you're still fucking her in her frame Yep. Like I said, thanks for the shove. If you expect her to respond to this now you are gay. Only guys want such direct communication I was under the impression the reason it doesn't work is that I'm not attractive enough. Surely the Chadster can make "let's go fuck" work even with women.

Of course I have many ways to manhandle her. But an erection is the ultimate way to show her I'm intending to fuck her. (Ah, so this is mostly a question of how I come across to her. Thanks for the shove.)

Girls don't want to take responsibility. Thanks, makes sense. Yeah, I need to be more direct like that. For the record though, actually I usually am. It's not like I don't state my intentions when I initiate. Probably a hefty lack of assertiveness or attractiveness (Hey! Those are the same thing, I read somewhere). Dominance needs both directness and assertiveness I suppose.

However, I believe it's because of an overwhelming need to be perfect in social situations, or at least not controversial. Overly careful. Overly analytical. Sound like NMMNG? It is. It focuses almost entirely on avoiding negatives (fear) and having a smooth, problem free life. You could absolutely be right here, which would make the MRP journey even more important for me. It would also mean I am already working on it. Good thinking, dude. Thanks!

I have been using it as a crutch a lot, yes. Now I'm trying to be mindful of if that's what I'm doing or if I'm just socially spent and need to recharge. It varies. I can postpone the retreat, but at the cost of "social exhaustion". In the case with the lunch on the beach, I'd say I was near the limit and needed some off time. I'm aware I probably missed some nifty networking during lunch.

/r/MarriedRedPill30/09/20 11:48 AM

Yes, I have tried a wider grip. The elbow doesn't get as tight, but on the other hand the arm gets more room for the pulling. The narrower the grip, the less your arms can move. It doesn't hurt when I keep the arms static. Except for the constant stretch duento tightness.

Yeah, that's kinda what I have been doing. Extra warmup sets to really feel wtf I am doing and how it changes with increasing weight. Now I have probably found the elbow issue. I am really struggling getting above 172lbs. I’m eating more than I ever have but not tracking calories as I eat home cooked meals exclusively which makes tracking harder Home cooking makes it easier to track calories, not harder. You have full control over the ingredients and can measure everything in detail. Myfitnesspal has generic entries for "chicken"/"rice"/"strawberries" and whathaveyou if it doesn't say directly on the box how many calories are in it. All you need is a scale.

This is a absolutely fucking FANTASTIC observation and mental model. This is awesome. Good work here. Thanks, I kinda like it myself.

Lifting in a fasted state is one othe best things you can do for losing fat. Huh, interesting. I'll keep that in mind for whenever it is time for trying some serious fasting/cutting. All I know is I had to toss a handful of pounds from the BP and DL that day. Ugh. Don't be a fucking retard and follow that book like it's a fucking Bible. Noted.

Will do. Noticed yesterday it actually gets better the more sets I do. Gonna try more warmup sets tomorrow.

You should be doing Dread 1-4 all at once IMO. These aren't linear stages to me, but categories of to work on. For me level4 seems like a natural continuation of level3. Having a life away from your wife at least makes it easier to remove your time and attention. If you are trying to pass shit tests and failing, then don't try to pass them. Ignore them until you get better. Ignoring them works great - you will start to see that her hamster starts working and she will come to you a little while l…

The coach I had earlier suggested I start with several sets and go down in sets as the weight goes up. To work on form while I'm stil a noob, was the idea. I started out 5x5 at like 80lbs. I'm not taking any videos. Good tip, gonna do that.

Yeah, thanks for writing that. It was a much needed kick in the nutsack. What was holding me back was probably the usual fear of looking like a tryhard buffoon. Break yourself free first and she will follow. Gold. (applies to more than sex too, I guess)

Yes, I'm not aiming for Hugh Hefner. Stumbling in that direction will eventually bring me out of "the box" though, and the book acts as a well needed kick in the ass to start stumbling. I might have gone a bit over the top with the bantering. I promise you I'm a total delight in real life.

Shit, you're right. I never thought of that as DEERing. It's hard to not engage when you know you are right. I even had a plan with the negative inquiry, as I already know the real reason she is bitching about this isn't really about the smoking, it's about her not liking those friends. So I thought I could try to get her to admit that with some wisnifg tricks. At least I learned you have to be ready to switch it up a bit, you can't rely on repeating the same technique over and over.

OYS #6 37, wife 35, together 16 years, two toddlers What an ass week! One of the kids dragged home a stomach bug from kindergarden and the whole week has been a vomit fest of Lovecraftian proportions. Yeah I guess all kino is sexual in some way. Giving orders in itself is not frame of course. Maybe I should merge the "relationship" and "frame" parts of my oys. They tend to overlap a lot. Yes, I'm slowly working towards incorporating AA/AM/WISNIFG. Couldn't come up with anything right there and then though. Difficult to practice when every test is new.

Yeah, yoga is certainly on my list. So much todo, so little time. I haven't read the whole Day Bang yet, but the elderly chat stuff seems like it's easy to just start doing, regardless of wether I want to actully bang or not. But yes, that's in the direction of who I want to be. So much todo... Regarding gratefulness for handjobs. Sure I kinda like it, it's a (minimal) step forward. But let's just say she doesn't get any cuddling afterwards (nor does she want it)

Yeah, I'm not here for quick results necessarily. Mad abs can wait until next year... I'm actually a skinny fuck, but with love handles. 6'1", 189lbs. A quick TDEE calculation put me at around 2800kcal/day. Which is pretty much what I aim for in myfitnesspal. So I should be in the ballpark of maintanence level (including workouts).
