Does the law have provisions to protect against false allegations? And is it Gender Neutral? Only those two things matter.

How the fuck is a guy supposed to protect himself form wrong accusations. It's not like he was forcing her to have sex. He's very mature about it & is also giving her the time to think about it. The degeneracy is sickening

Yupp, that's true. Parents and society still control our lives. And fir girls it's worse On an unrelated topic, is it true that Canada is like a liberal hive mind? (I ofcourse heard that from US media 😄)

Dude, you are making the same argument as that woman. 🍅 - Tomato Conscription into military service is only mandatory for men, not women. Not women. And "valid government action"? That's a pretty shitty argument. How can u tell that regulating abortion isn't gonna turn out to be a "valid government action"? It hasn't been applied yet. And the Equal Protection clause doesn't apply because it's not about bodily autonomy, it's solely about abortion. Abortion is separate for other body autonomy issu…

I don't know how Indian women behave in other countries, but in India they are not as bad. U have to understand that the political & social climate of India is way worse than the west, so the extra shields kinda make sense. I think in India, it's still only a few bad apples. Of course I do not how how bratty they behave in other countries.

The comparison was totally wrong. Abortion is not a gender equality issue. As Justice Alito noted, since abortion can only be accessed by one gender, the Equal Protection Clause doesn't apply here. That's why even Roe & Casey decisions did not mention that. She is wrong to compare between man & woman. Secondly, u don't have bodily autonomy either. It's mandatory for u to sign up for military service & serve if the govt. calls. How's that bodily autonomy? And just to be clear, I m pro choice …

Men have literally zero rights over their unborn child. And Vasectomy is comparable to Tubectomy or Hysterectomy. Not abortion. I can't fathom that how people can be so fucking dumb. Like did u not pay attention in your highschool biology class? That's basic biology dude
