Depends on whether you jog or sprint. There are plenty of sprint regimens that take up, at most, like 20 minutes per session and they can actually increase your leg gains if you adjust your macros appropriately. One or two sessions a week probably won't make it worthwhile but doing it on rest days? Huge benefits to cardio, even though it won't build stamina. I mean it might hurt your gains if you're a professional bodybuilder or trying to maximize hypertrophy every workout but I doubt that'd be …

I hate to bring the environment into a red pill thread, but chemical exfoliators, production and product, don't cause the same damage as microbeads do they? I mean I see the benefit of microbeads as opposed to nothing at all, but there's been a lot of damning evidence coming up lately as to why the industry should discontinue their use, since they don't break down very quickly and can destroy aquatic fauna. It'd be awesome if the chemical solutions didn't come with all that noise.

Ever look into Lean Gains? One part of it has to do with diet guidelines regarding macros, carbs, fats, and etc, the other part of it deals with when you eat. Really strict system but people who use it that are able to actually stick to the regimen seem to have gotten great results towards lean muscle growth.
