but eitherway i lose respect for men who dont stand up for themselves and so should you, because by them not responding with violence to violence and shutting that shit down and instead promoting the "Never hit a woman" bullshit they are trying to undermine your RIGHT to defend yourself. I think most men do not hit back in self-defense because society on all levels will come down on them like a bag of hammers for doing so. In the vast majority of cases they will be punished severely for fighting…

No matter how strong, "alpha" or bad-ass you are, you will not be able to overcome a dozen guys attacking you from all sides (probably including improvised weapons and attacking from behind...because they are cowardly cuntnuggets even when outnumbering their victim). And the police will take their 10+ words over your one word. Assuming you are still alive and have not been reduced to a villainous dragon who attacked a fair, innocent damsel but was slain by the heroic knights.

Man, i wish i could legally own firearms here in The Netherlands. I do live in safe country, in a quiet town and a secure apartment, but i would look to have a revolver and/or shotgun for home defense and shooting at a range. Should be glad you folks in the US have the 2nd amendment. In the meantime, i'll have to make do with a decorative halberd for home defense...

Also, what were the battleships doing at the time? Couldn't they have helped with a coastal barrage? They did. But as awesome as the power of battleship guns are, they are surprisingly ineffective against heavy reinforced concrete fortifications.
