Yeah, I've actually spent the last year off of fb, Instagram and snapchat. I use LinkedIn professionally but otherwise do not partake in any social media. My social life has been way more fulfilling and girls love the mystery when they can't stalk you

For me, it has been the opposite. I guess my experience could be analogous to trying to lose weight: it's like being addicted to the runners high from all the exercise vs having an eating disorder.

I don't do any cardio now, just lift. I'll sporadically do cardio tho, I did a half marathon a few years ago. I think if I wasn't doing any sort of exercise it wouldn't be possible
