3	Rebuilding frame and status in relationship? Going through the same thing right now my friend. LTRed a girl 8 months ago. I was fully red pilled beginning of covid. Working out everyday, working on my craft, reading, eating well, meditating daily. I was crushing it. Since about November I have been slipping up hard. For me it was the combination of falling in love for the first time, and winter draining me.
