There is a huge difference from being proud of your talents and being full of yourself. For one, don't refer to yourself as being "insanely gifted". Let the other person be the judge. Having said that, don't flaunt your talents. Play it off cool and only expose your work when asked and it is at an appropriate time. Hope this helps.
