That's freaking insane and it's about 56% of my take home pay! WTF? How can I survive on less than half my paycheck? And still pay half my kids expenses? His ex wife was similar and I believe a judge used 18K for her salary. So, you're telling me if it's 50/50, she'll be getting spousal AND child support from me? And I still pay for half the kids expenses? How is that not bullshit? The house - both our names are on it. What I would like to do is live there another 5 years till my youngest graduates - then we split the sale money.
