1	I dont know what flair to put but I hope this dude is alright I can definitely agree that the war on drugs was bad. Drugs are a disease. You need to treat them, not fight them. Thats still not the best excuse for the resultant sub culture. Having a healthy childhood is really the key difference between happy successful black people and well, unsuccessful black people.
