Depends. When I lifted heavy I would do beans and rice with a triple order of chicken for chipotle.(Worked 60 hours a week fuck you I'll be ready made chicken for 6 bucks.) Lost a ton of weight that way. I'm trying to cut right now so salmon chicken and boring shit.
