My ex got custody of our kid because I have a penis. I work, she's on welfare. I've never had mental issues, she is a schizophrenic. Because she got custody, I was forced to pay %50 of my wages to her. Causing me to earn less than $100 a week for a full time job. Then one day I changed jobs and they decided that meant I must not be paying anymore, even though I was and they suspended my drivers license. Because it was suspended by child support, it cost me $2000 to get it back, while earning les…

If you spell it right, you get results for all men. Forcing the auto correct puts it through a "popular" algorithm.

So she goes on a site specifically to cheat, acts suprised the men were married? She must have some bomb head if the guy took her back after her claiming rape and pregnancy.

I'm liberal as hell and I still say that's BS. He offered a wedding, just not one good enough for her. She caused the indefiniteness of the engagement.
/r/PussyPass16/06/17 08:45 AM

So... the judge basically said that... because the guy asked her to pay for her part of the expensive wedding she demanded.. but she couldn't.. so he said "we'll wait until you can afford the wedding YOU want".. that he ended the engagement? What kind of backwoods judge is this?

Saddest part is the only reason this came to light is that she was caught on film harming herself before reporting one.

I mean, she could have hurt him... but she wasn't giving it that "omph". He touched on the "omph". Just enough to change the tone.

This isn't a fair test. He was pushing her to the ground and handling her with much more force than she was handling him. I never saw the chance of him getting seriously hurt, but the first time she hit the ground, the tone changed, because there was a real sense of danger. I have no doubt it would play out like this, but they were baiting strongly for this reaction with how they presented it.

Hate to play devil's advocate. But the article skips over what actually happened aside from saying "She says they didn't use thier brakes". It may be poor form..... but if the kids ran a stop sign (which I've seen 30 bicycles in a row do before when I was waiting for a ride over the course of 20 minutes) she would be in her rights to sue. She should have let insurance settle everything first though.... that's just retarded and it's super poor taste... but... how's it go "You're not wrong, you're…

True, but that doesn't change what I'm saying at all. For her to say that, he had to already confront her. So he had already assumed. I see homeless people sleeping in cars all the time. Normally it's an older car, but sometimes, it's brand new. If your credit is already fucked (which it likely is) what sense would it make to rush and return the only dry place you have to sleep? Especially when it can play a critical role in getting to and from a job. So the most logical thing would be, if shit …

If a woman throws an all out punch, wouldn't proportionate force mean the man throwing as hard as he can? I think that's right.... disproportionate force would be taking it easy on her... because she didn't try to take it easy on him.

So your stance is that "men don't expect to get hit back, but they do anyways... so women shouldn't get hit if they don't expect it?" That's specifically the definition of hypocricy.

No, they are %100 correct. Part of the definition of being a SJW is that you don't apply it equally. If this woman states she would expect to get hit back, she is not a SJW she is a True Feminist. SJW = Neo feminist. I love my liberals, but we have just as many entitled idiots as the Republicans these days thanks to all the "participation trophies".

I'm clearly not talking about it as a go-to. That said, it's fully appropriate in quite a few situations. Let's say I kill a woman's pet through neglect and she witnesses it. I should fully expect at least 1 slap to the face, while waiting on the Police, should I choose to get out of my vehicle. That's not "encouraging" violence.

A video of a woman being racist and your first reactions are "liberals are so racist". You realize that shows you have a witch-hunt mentaliy for liberals. Especially since you are making blanket statements about a group of people, claiming they make blanket statements (racist) about the very culture being victimized in the video........ Waking up means realizing what's happening and you can't even realize you are making prejudicial statements.

Because when you work with the same people for a long time, you find out things. They complain about rent, they complain about bills, you know what car they drive, you know where they live, you know if they act like they have extra cash, sometimes you find out what they got as a tax return and you know they only have 1 source of income... there are 500 ways. You also know someone's work history after working with them a few years. You've never known what a co-worker of yours makes? Sounds like a…

First step is awareness. That it happens. A lot of people say like you were, that it never, ever happens. So step 1 is to get people to admit that, even if it's not systematical... it happens. Then a solution can start. I would guess it SHOULD be easy for the Government to run everyone's income and see any major trends at a company, since they get everyones tax information anyways. Be pretty simple to just run it through an algorythem. (I can't spell) If the government has the time and money to …

Even if it really worked that way, that would require there to be too many jobs for a company to "lose all their employees". Secondly, in a capitalist society it makes perfect sense to pay people as little as you can. Thirdly, it's normally the same people who say the wage gap is fake, that say "criminals don't follow the law" so, since in your mind, everyone always follows the law, we must not have any rape, murder or theft and everyone who buys a gun as a "private sale" didn't really buy it fr…

Because in the instances I'm giving, it was. 10 employees, least paid is female, and she wasn't the newest or least exepienced in either case. Happened at more than one job. It definately happens.... denying that means the person is ignorant. It's just not "field wide" like neo-feminists would have you believe.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/04/17 07:45 AM

Because you can get away with paying a few employees less, people don't compare checks. You can't get away with hiring all one sex or all on race.... easy to see.

Most of the Trump gang will shoot down a woman instantly for saying she doesn't get paid as much as a man, assuming she is speaking about the wage gap, when she is really just talking specifically about her shitty job, where she really is being paid less for being a woman. I've worked at a few companies that did that. It was more of a counter-point, not saying "stop hating on women".
/r/PussyPassDenied13/04/17 04:16 AM
5

While this is true as a whole.... don't shoot down a woman instantly... because at smaller companies... they often get paid less. At "legitimate" companies the meme is correct, but there are plenty of companies that still screw over women. Not prevelent anymore... but you WILL one day end up with your foot in your mouth.

Well, mad people are normally making perfect sense, just out of context. Like... seriously.. ever listened to a crazy homeless person and tried to make sense of it? They are normally either expressing disgust with the system or revisiting something they think was a pivital point in their lives.

Well, you can make a fair arguement about many things recreationally, that's why I stated only medical. I might think all the reasons are bullshit... but I wouldn't think you were an idiot for some of them. Protected class means people who are given shit at a higher rate. This is to avoid situations where, for example, a landlord can look at someone and say "I'm not renting to you, because you are gay". Identifing as male, specifically states that you support the stereotypical idea that men think and act the same and you feel you think and act as such. In that belief, a tomboy, would have a male gender, because they like sports. There is what you are and how you think, you can't say you think and act like a man, but then say someone who is a tomboy doesn't have a masculine gender. You've already asserted by your beliefs that gender is how you act and think. See the cycle? What is it, specifical…

Did you ever call a tomboy girl "sir" growing up? I never did. I might have used other masculine statements, like buddy or one of the guys, but those are actually specific to behavior. I strongly feel Sir or Ma'am are %100 sex based.

Depends why to me. If he cheated and gave her aids... she would fully be in her right to sit there and slap the shit out of him. If he doesn't like it... leave... because he did wrong. That said.... if it's pretty much any other situation on the planet....... she just got equality... that's all. Well, lets talk about climate change. The only thing left to debate is HOW MUCH man effects it. It's proven we do... beyond doubt.. the only reasonable debate is how much. With that said.... even with the slimmest chance that our actions could cause the places where %80 of the population currently lives... we need action. So I can certainly respect someone who thinks we don't effect the climate MUCH, but when someone says "It's a conspiracy made by china", the discussion is over, to me. I don't …

To be fair, a lot of liberal issues don't have room to debate, for us. Some things are rights and there should never be a debate over rights, ya know? Like... no matter what you say the reason is... more blacks are killed by police... that's a fact... so there is no room to debate that we need action. While there is plenty of room to debate what action.... it seems the blue lives matter answer is "no action is needed" which just kills the convo right there. Also, medical weed. If it can stop sei…

I would call myself an extreme liberal, who isn't blind about it. Trans should be a protected class in every state, just like gays should be (they aren't in Florida currently). Just because I feel that altering the body to fix an identity issue is wrong and likely to lead to even more issues, that doesn't mean I'm going to let someone get beat or that I think it's right to discriminate...... I just don't agree with 'em.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/04/17 08:02 PM

Makes sense. I've never read the law on the situation, I've only seen what a judge might do a few times to make sure justice is done and it seems like they definately try to make it so the provoked person doesn't get in trouble.

I think the bathroom thing needs to be handled by society and not law. Law doesn't do "grey areas" well. While we do have some assholes in society, I would like to think most of us would be concerned if someone who looks like bam-bam bigalo walked in the women's room, but really wouldn't start shit if Jenner or Ru-Paul walk into the women's room. Because I shouldn't have to ASSUME what someone wants to be called, then yelled at if I'm wrong. Gender is gender, people say Sir or Ma'am regarding sex.. Two seperate things.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/04/17 07:45 PM

You would likely be charged with provoking / inciding violence or harrasment. I think that falls on County / State law, but most judges will find a way to serve justice.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/04/17 07:44 PM

People always say "don't assume my gender" but no one ever is... they are asserting your sex.. and to quote all the nut-jobs "gender and sex are not the same thing". I didn't call you ma'am because I think you act like a woman, I called you ma'am because I'm assuming you have a vagina....... am I wrong?
/r/PussyPassDenied11/04/17 08:08 AM

It's provocation. This is where judge's discression comes in. I've seen a judge say that a guy who sat at a bar talking shit to someone "was asking for it" when someone finally beat the shit out of him. Like.... you can't just walk up to a black man and be all "ngr ngr ngr ngr ngr ngr" and think a judge is going to lock away the black man for stomping your ass..... it's probably not going to work that way.

FBI estimates %25-%40 of men convicted of rape before DNA testing were likely innocent and it's only very recently some states started testing all available rape kits. Even in the states that do, it can be years after the trial is already over before the rape kit is processed.
