When you work with people 9+ hours a day you tend to notice when someone likes to call out just for a day off. I'm not saying you will catch them the first time. fuck both of you, hope you both get stuck in dead end jobs. Those of us who dont abuse the system will continue getting the promotions you dont. P.S. its usually pretty obvious which employees BS things like a sick day, you wont get called out because it cant be proven but you'll have it affect you in other ways.

why is it that people who yell the loudest that they want equality don't actually want anything that won't benefit them directly. equality doesn't mean that because things used to be unfair for you now they must be unfair for everyone else but you. it's like those posts showing an office full of women, like "we believe in equality, so we're only gonna hire women" how can they be so blind to hypocrisy. some feminist give feminism a really bad name.

I honestly feel like women get super offended by the word cunt because they think they are supposed to.
