Testosterone drops minimally and it doesn’t make any difference if you’re lifting heavy and eating right. Fertility drop is also minimal and has zero effect on SMV. He’s competing with less confident men with less status socially and financially. Horrible take.

I never said I need to, just that I do because she was a friend who’s gone out of her way to help me out personally several times over the years. What she did was incredibly shitty and she deserves what’s coming to her but despite that it’s sad to watch. Even if she is getting what she deserves. I know the anons of the internet only know her by the story I told and I get that

I disagree, he’s earning more than ever. Better shape than ever. Higher role at the company and more confident and looks like he’s low 30’s. Like I said in another comment I’ve been off TRP 3-4 years and came back to share this experience. Not in the business of lying for internet points but I also don’t really care much. You’ll see examples off it if yourself if you’re even semi-aware of it

Actually I guess my goal is to have a place where I can be honest with what I think since everyone of her friends is saying “he’s an asshole” and agreeing with her that he’s the narcissist and it’s hard for me to digest. “He ruined my marriage” is what’s coming from her. Zero lessons learned

$125K job at the time they got together ($300K now), shorter than the husband but in good shape, great hair and handsome. Unbreakable confidence and charisma, everyone at the company knows and loves him because he has a very public-facing role. The Golden Boy of the company. To her he was just exciting, pretty obviously non-committal but she hamsters that she “fooled him” and now calls him a narcissist because she ruined her marriage for him and now he’s done.

I think this is a compliment, so thanks

Lol not mocking her just sharing my experience because it validated a lot of what I’ve read on TRP years ago and I don’t have any sane humans familiar with TRP to share this experience with. It’s generated a lot of discussion which I guess was the point. The young blonde I believe is low-to-mid 30’s but I only know this through second hand gossip from another coworker so don’t know much about the situation.

Yea I’ve been off TRP for 3-4 years cause I felt I was having an unhealthy amount of hatred/distrust for women. But the principles remained with me. Then I witnessed this first-hand and didn’t have anyone to share it with which is why I posted here. Chad is a high-up face of the company and when it was revealed he was having an affair with an employee, they sent him out of state for a full year until things blew over. It’s real, but I’m not here to prove anything. Just speaking honestly from exp…

Yea, the other guy handled it very well and moved on pretty quick. I think it was a gift for him in the long run.

Yea most guys are. I think a lot of people see it as beta-behavior - but it's not. Some guys need it. I'll summarize as best I can the benefits I've seen. I was addicted to stimulants. ADD medication. Couldn't do anything without it. That was an absolute monster to kick, but I kicked that, and moved onto smoking pot. If it wasn't pot, I was spending time on my phone. Or chasing down subpar women I wasn't even particularly attracted to. I was constantly distracting myself from real life. Then I'd…

You should def see a therapist or some kind of professional. I haven't gone through nearly anything as traumatic as you have - just the typical bullying and severe social anxiety until my second year of college - but seeing a therapist has definitely helped. As for the anxiety itself, joining a rugby club and being in a team environment definitely lessened my anxiety. The biggest thing though has been setting goals for myself and working towards them. The meditations I do are "visualizations" th…

You’ve gone through some serious shit man. Being mollested at a young age can really throw you off. Have you ever talked to a professional about that? A lot of the times there can be emotional turmoil that’s so deeply rooted it takes several conversations to get it all out so you can move on. And that’s not you being a beta pussy, because you don’t even know what exactly is going on until you flush it out. Take it easy on yourself a little here. Yea you’re struggling right now, but you’re not he…

You're not limited in high school at all. We feel that way because during that time we just care a whole hell of a lot more about what people think and we're too young to understand that none of it matters. If I could go back I'd make it a point to talk to one person a week who I wasn't close friends with. Then maybe one a day. Start participating in class every so often. Lift weights. Read self help books. I learned over the years that I'm actually extremely personable and I wish I started lett…

TL;DR there's potential there even if you don't see it or believe it to be possible right now Sorry for the rambling wall of text

Listen, in high school I remember the first week of freshman year like it was yesterday. New school, lunch period with nobody that I knew. Walking into that cafeteria was the most anxiety inducing experience of my life. I remember stopping to look around for a familiar face in the crowd of my peers happily gathering with one another at tables. Getting into groups. I knew no one, I felt completely alone and I darted right out the back door of that cafeteria and for the rest of the semester sat on…

Yea she had a friend she was looking for and while I’m sure there’s a number of things I could have done at the time to redirect her or combat this somehow, I sensed myself starting to lose frame so I got the number and kissed her goodbye real slyly and left her before she could leave me.

This is EXACTLY the kind of guidance I was looking for. Specifically the part about sub-communicating my worth by sticking to weeknights for now. Thank you. Will do exactly that.

I’m thinking I focus on myself mostly, do monk mode... but make low risk approaches as they come up, when I’m doing things I already want to do. I’m not going to walk up to a random table where a chick is eating lunch by herself and try to pick her up... but if I’m putting my shoes on after a yoga class right next to a cute chick I’ll say something to her.

Thanks for the reply. I will take this into consideration when approaching my game. Will give it a little bit of time to build these habits and start with some low risk approaches.

I'm new on TRP scene. About a week or two. I've been dragging ass the last 3 years addicted to pot, porn, ADD medication, you name it. I'm finally breaking through that. No more porn, no more pot, no more medication, back to hitting the weights, back to my career, back to increasing my SMV. Approach is my next, and most daunting, obstacle. Rejection is my biggest fear but I'm gonna steamroll through that shit. This post couldn't have come at a more perfect time. It really hit home, thank you.
