What is your actual, tangible plan? I explained how for the boys academies USSF created a movement to shift youth development infrastructure towards affiliation with MLS clubs. That makes your complaints essentially a non issue in 2021. Additionally, the work that the USSF did to help boys academies wasn’t so much improving the quality of player development as much as it was shifting talent (players and coaches) towards being affiliated with MLS clubs. 6	He ain't wrong Lmao. I’m in my 20s now but in my teens I played for one of those MLS farm teams in the North East. We literally played against FC Dallas a few times. We weren’t the best academy in the nation but we always had an above 500 record. Everyone from my club played D1 in college but exactly 1 person managed to stick with a pro club for more than a year.
