This is what happens when you restrict the right of a woman to get an abortion.

Citation? How about I cite state statutes for child support? Or is that too much for you to handle?

You guys do a better job of shitting on men's rights than any attempt of mine.

At some point I have to ignore these comments for fear of being a record stuck on repeat. If you don't want to read my comments and understand the perspective of the law then you are the one who needs to watch out for that door hitting you on your way out. I refuse to repeat myself unlike you. Come up with some new material or don't bother responding to me.

Nice distraction. I'm equating someone raping an individual but being found not guilty with someone speeding and having the case thrown out. This is on the basis that a legal ruling doesn't change what may or may not have happened outside of the courtroom. It's a fair and proper comparison.

No you're incorrect, a specific example of this happening is irrelevant. Next time you try to twist state statutes to fit your garbage opinion, try being a little more honest with your ending example. This subreddit does an injustice to men. It makes strong men look weak. MensRights = a joke. We don't need you guys defending us. Moooooooooove out of the way because real men like me don't need you.

If you downvote me then you have to downvote everyone in this thread to avoid being a hypocrite. It is undeniable that a man is entitled to sue the mother of his child for child support even if conception occurred as a result of a criminal act committed by the man. To deny this is to deny reality. Period.

I once got a ticket thrown out because the cop didn't show up but that doesn't mean I wasn't speeding. You're trying to distract from the issue which is sad.

Let me school you, son. Law is not black and white. When people ask an attorney if a certain situation is legal or illegal, they have to go look at current statutes because the law doesn't explicitly address every. single. issue. I'm laughing my ass off at this subreddit for thinking that a woman can't be forced to pay child support to a man. What an embarrassment to us men.

Not if he's acquitted.

A specific example of this happening? That's irrelevant. Men get custody of children all the time in our legal system. Women are not immune from paying child support whether you like that or not.

If you're trying to suggest that we should take a closer look at how we handle these issues from the perspective of both genders then I agree. If not, I don't know what point you're trying to make so I have no response to it.

To be fair, the complete opposite is also possible. A man could rape a woman, get custody of the child conceived during the rape, and then the woman could be compelled to pay child support to the man who raped her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
