While it doesn't necessarily say women are more loyal it does say that women value non-financial aspects like a good working environment and communication over more money. Another thing that they didn't seem to include are sector-specific variables, and that women are more likely to take sick leave. And they are also not clear about the economic situation of the employees or the career goals (women are more likely to take time off when they grow older).
