no that makes sense. Women and children are less physically capable off handling a shooter in anyway shape or form. This post over looks the point of wanting to keep others less able than you safe because they are full of hate or a coward. No one wants anyone to die but most people would agree the more able should handle the problem that's why we have police and fire fighters, not because we want them to die but because they are more equipped and able

Lots of awful pointless advice being giving here. Okay this is not true at all. Unions work on a wage minimum you can without a doubt have a wage gap it is usually based on education, merit, and/or skill.
