I started at 25 lbs dumbells 4 years ago for incline single arm rotational press. Now I'm at 85s including neck surgery recovery. If you're not in a competition at the gym you're gonna stay small brah. I'm 6-3 178. I do 32 pull-ups in a row. I do 28 dips in a row. I have my nasm cpt.
