Joe Rogan had the guy on a pod cast and he explained that to get a paper submitted through these guys (Forgive me I forget the name of the “outlet”) it had to be world changing news or science, or just be super “progressive” and they submitted “Mein Kampf” but changed ‘jew’ to ‘men’ and loosened up some ends and it was accepted.
