To be perfectly honest, I think the fact that he never told you shows that he wasn’t remorseful enough. I know you must be feeling so many emotions, and as a good wife you want to think the best of your husband and not think poorly of his character. I know you want to forgive him because he seems remorseful, but think about it from this perspective: he was only remorseful once he got caught. If the other woman hasn’t sent you evidence, would you have ever found out? Quite possibly no. This means that he wasn’t honest enough to tell you himself.
