Honestly I kinda want her back but it's not a good idea. I need to move on with my life but it's been challenging. Of course I give a fuck, it was over 3 years of my life and I've only recently started feeling better about it. I've been addressing my issues with therapy and it's been going well.

Actually I feel like im slowing down, I need to get my ass back into gear again and start getting back into the positive trp momentum. I'm banging a chick that I'm somewhat seeing still (almost getting too serious), taking her to a free concert Friday instead of meeting new chicks and friends. fuck I should probably break it off but I'm having amazing sex with her.. youhave any opinions on that? I'm a pussy and havent really tried gaming girls but I'm going to start. I'm banging this chick which helps I think but I'm definitely not over the ex lol. But I am over some parts of her. My man, I'm going through a similar situation, she was my best friend and girlfriend for 4 years and we broke up almost 3 months ago. I've recently took up ju jitsu as well, it's a good way to get beat up and realize the little things aren't a huge deal. I still miss her and get in little mind spirals of wishing we were back together. Honestly the best thing to do is to remove her from your life, and try to keep busy and improving yourself FOR YOURSELF. Be the best version of yourself a day ever…

I've read the side bar, there's a lot of content that makes it seem like trp is just ignoring who you are and faking it. The most I've got out of the sidebar is to get out there and talk to as many people as possible
