1	You don't cut body parts off a baby boy, to avoid cleaning them. penile cancer Not only that, but amputation as a form of preventative care is pants on head... Take breast cancer, a significantly more common cancer, we don't remove breasts of girls as a way to prevent it. Same for penile cancer.
