I'm in UK and phymosis is the only reason we get cut other than religion. Very few of us actually need to get cut, to the point that being cut is an unusual novelty. The big difference between UK and US vis circumcision is we don't tease or shame the cut kids, whereas it seems like uncut kids get belittled by thier US peers. It's a bit sad IMO.
