I wouldn't call myself a really open feminist but I am one because I do believe that where I come, we need it. I don't think I've acted as a pick-me before, but because I'm struggling with low self-esteem issues I think I can sympathize with them and feel their experience, I guess it's because they feel like their personal opinion on themselves doesn't matter.
