I workout a lot. Gymnast, jujitsu, weights. Lately I've been blasting my body with a shitload of bodyweight exercises at very high volumes and my muscles are just exploding lol. Try this workout I do: 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 reps of Pushups Chinups Lunges Ball slams Crunches or hanging leg raises You do all the exercises 20 reps then again 18 then again 16 etc. At a certain point you just have to swing into the chinups but it's a pretty good blast on the muscles.

The way I feel about women in the military having lower standards is based on a perspective of if I were a soldier injured in battle.
