The Gym in my country, just opend after 7 months of lockdown. So the mission is to get back to where I was when they closed. I lost more than 50% of power. Before the lockdown I squated 170kg 3 sets for 10 reps and today, I managed 80 kg. So let's see how long till I'm back to my normal

A man is someone who has his goals, he wants to reach. Not for others but himself. He does what he likes when he likes. And is always aware of who he is. Like Rich Piana and David googins said who gives a fuck what others think, do what you love.

I read the Red Pill from Rollo, and after half a year of pua I found the HUMANS channel on YouTube. And after that I discovered sandman and better bachelor. Long story short the ideas of mgtow seemed all logic and from what I saw where there to protect our resources. So I discovered mgtow.

I think thats the reason that the souls games are so liked. They let you play the game without cutscenes and let you figure out what to do. In the beginning it's really hard but the better you get the more fun you have. Got to try one of em out if you're bored of all the handholding and achievements thrown in your face

Yeah but think about it in a another way. Many man have a tendency to fall back into the blue pill simping and with post like that they get reminded why they started mgtow. More post about achievements would be a good thing, but I think the balance would the best way

I think its a Problem also overlooked by ourselves. The last month when I do random shit like driven my brain is like on the next curve a car will crash into you and that will be it or some random shit. I'm very happy with my life and not depressed but I think this shows a tendency that could get you easy into a depression.

After my break up, when I started working out, before the red pill. My friends took me to a disco. There I meet a women who told me about it and that her ex has made really good progress with back loading. I had problems like headaches from low carb and felt like I hit a wall. So I informed myself about the cbl and tried it. The best decision in my life. Only thing that I do different is working out. I'm doing 5 times a week for every muscle a day. For me it works perfect.

I once reached my goal when I was at 95 kg. Was ripped and muscular. Now I want to be close to that form again without losing to much of my gains. My favorite in the evening is white rice with beef or chicken. And maybe n ice cream if I have some. Think I need to cut the ice cream 😂 And I think I'm going to stick for a long time again because it's so effective my strength is almost the same but the looks get better even if only little by little

Nice man. Currently I'm at 125 kg trying to get a little more ripped again. Imo It takes a little longer with the backload but you don't feel so tired and you can eat also a little more junk than in an normal diet. What's your goal?

I have been working out since 5 years( I'm now 23)and in my first real diet I used carb back loading after Kiefer to attain my goals and I got my sixpack at 95 kilos relatively fast. Now after to years of putting mass on I'm at 120kg and will start my next diet. For all of you guys who have problems with an low carb diet, you should trie the back load.

I know what you mean I went from a class of 30 boys to a class where I'm the only boy in class. The only good thing is I can play them all like a fiddel, but the gossip is so unbelievable stupid I can't comprehend most of the times what they even want to say

Really I never got any anger problems with the soulsborne souls like games. If I did more then 7 times at a boss I did something other for half an hour an was ready. Because if you try and don't make it you get angry and make stupid decisions. Well that's how it's always been for me

They hates us because the can control us. A man who does his thing doesn't really care about what others thin k- you should never revolve your life around something like this- the women especially want to "tame" us and make us their pets so that's why they are so pissed. If a man decides to go his way nothing can stop and if there are to many the politics are affraid that there won't be enough children and in the end their salary goes down, because there won't be enough taxpayers

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
